의정부지검 고양지청은 인터넷을 통해 마스크를 판매하겠다고 속여 돈을 가로챈 A씨를 구속기소했다.

A씨는 인터넷을 통해 피해자 8명에게 마스크를 대량 판매하겠다고 속여 총 9266만원을 가로챈 혐의를 받고 있다.

또한 A씨는 인터넷 도박 사이트에 접속해 총 629회에 걸쳐 도박을 한 혐의도 적용됐다. A씨는 마스크 판매 사기 피해금을 포함한 15억원을 속칭 ‘바카라’ 인터넷 도박에 탕진한 것으로 드러났다.
