[協會] 노규성 KPC 회장의 '도 넘은' 의혹들 KPC Chairman Roh Kyu-sung's 'over the limit' suspicions
노규성(64) 한국생산성본부(KPC) 회장이 회사 자금을 개인적 이익을 위해 전용했다는 의혹이 나왔다. Suspicion was raised that Roh Kyu-sung (64), chairman of the Korea Productivity Center (KPC), diverted company funds for personal gain.
문제는 이 협회의 설립·운영이 KPC 자금으로 이뤄졌는데, 노 회장만이 이 협회의 대표이사 권한을 행사할 수 있는 규정을 뒀다는 점이다. The problem was that the establishment and operation of the association was made with KPC funds, and only President Roh had set the rules to exercise the authority of the association.
정관에 의한 법인 이사에 대한 대표권 제한 규정은 등기하지 아니하면 정관 규정에 대한 선의, 악의에 관계없이 제3자에게 대항할 수 없다.
