부산시가 토지거래계약허가구역 재정비에 나섰다.

부산시가 기존에 토지거래계약허가구역으로 지정한 곳은 6개 지구이다. 이 가운데 도시계획위원회의 심의를 거쳐 4개 지구에 대해 재지정을 결정했다. 나머지 2개 지구는 해제했다.

계약 해제는 이미 발생한 법률관계를 소멸시킨다. 계약한 한쪽 당사자의 의사표시로 유효한 계약의 효력을 해소시킨다. 그 결과 계약이 존재하지 않았던 것처럼 새로운 법률 효과가 생긴다.
