[사범] "10배 수익" 달콤한 현혹…3600명이 속아 155억 뜯겼다

특정 회사에 투자하면 고수익을 보장한다고 속인 일당이 붙잡혔다. 원금을 보전해주고 10배 수익을 약속한다고 속여 150억원대의 사기를 친 혐의이다. 이들 일당은 재판에 회부됐다. 이들은 자본잠식 상태인 영농법인을 이용했다. 법인을 인수해 자본금 200억원을 보유한 것처럼 속였다.
