현대자동차 임원들이 임금 20% 반납을 결정했다. 이런 와중에 퇴직금에 대한 관심도 자연스럽게 솟구치고 있다. 임기 만료를 1년 정도 남겨둔 임원들도 있다. 그런 만큼 퇴직금 기준이 어떻게 되는지 궁금해 하는 임직원들이 늘고 있다.
