한국과 미국 특허청장이 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 공동 대응을 위해 핫라인을 신설했다. The Korea and the United States Patent and Trademark Office established a new hotline to co-respond to the new coronavirus infection (Corona19).
박원주 특허청장은 코로나19 치료, 진단, 방역 등 다양한 특허정보를 공유하고 분석하자고 제안했다. Park Joon-joo, the chief of the Korean Intellectual Property Office, proposed to share and analyze various patent information such as corona 19 treatment, diagnosis, and prevention.
특허권이 공유인 경우에는 각 공유자는 다른 공유자 모두의 동의를 받아야만 그 지분을 양도하거나 그 지분을 목적으로 하는 질권을 설정할 수 있다. If a patent is jointly owned, no joint owner of the patent may assign his/her share or establish any pledge right over his/her share, without the consent of all other joint owners.
특허권이 공유인 경우에는 각 공유자는 계약으로 특별히 약정한 경우를 제외하고는 다른 공유자의 동의를 받지 아니하고 그 특허발명을 자신이 실시할 수 있다. Except as otherwise agreed in writing, each joint owner of a patent may independently practice the patented invention without the consent of all other joint owners.
