이른바 '검언유착' 의혹을 수사하는 검찰이 28일 채널A 본사에 대한 압수수색을 두고 소속 기자들과 14시간 가까이 사실상의 대치 상황을 이어가고 있다.

서울중앙지검은 이날 오후 11시께 "언론사 압수수색은 계속 진행 중"이라고 밝혔다.

서울중앙지검 형사1부(정진웅 부장검사)는 이날 오전 9시30분께 보도본부 책임자에게 압수수색 취지와 방식을 설명하고 영장 집행을 시도했다. 그러나 소속 기자 수십 명이 보도본부에 집결해 압수수색 중단을 요구했다.
