김종인 미래통합당 총괄선대위원장이 "고약한 사람들이 공영방송을 이용해 윤석열 검찰을 흔드는 데 여념이 없다"고 비판했다.

김 위원장은 "공영방송이 대형 범죄 저지르고 감방에 앉은 범죄자 말을 중계방송하고 있다"고 했다.

방송의 매체별, 채널별, 프로그램별 특성을 반영하여 그 방송이 시청자에게 주는 전체적인 인상을 기준으로 객관성·공정성·균형성을 심사하면 위 각 방송이 진실을 왜곡하거나 관련 당사자의 의견을 균형 있게 반영하지 아니하여 구 방송심의에 관한 규정상 객관성·공정성·균형성 유지의무를 위반하였다고 단정하기 어렵다.
