엠씨더맥스 이수가 악플러를 향해 경고하자 과거 그의 미성년자 성매수 사건이 소환되며 네티즌간의 설전이 이어지고 있다. 이수는 2009년 미성년자 성매수 혐의로 경찰 조사를 받았다. 당시 이수는 성매수한 사실을 인정하면서도 상대가 미성년자인 것은 몰랐다고 주장했다.

The limited abilities prescribed by the Civil Code include minors, adult guardians, limited guardians. The act of limited person should be done with the consent of the guardian. Otherwise, it can be cancelled.
제한능력을 이유로 하는 취소는 선의 제3자에게 대항할 수 있다.
