[放送] 채널A, 방통위 상대 소송서 패소 Channel A loses lawsuit against KCSC
 
방송통신위원회가 채널A에 대해 투자실적과 관련된 재승인 조건을 이행하라며 내린 시정명령은 정당하다는 법원 판결이 나왔다. A court ruling issued against the Korea Communications Commission stating that the corrective order for Channel A to fulfill the conditions for re-approval related to investment performance was justified.

서울행정법원 행정11부(부장판사 박형순)는 채널의 시정명령 취소 소송에서 원고 패소 판결했다.  The 11th administrative division of Seoul Administrative Court (Deputy Judge Park Hyung-soon) ruled against the plaintiff's loss in the case of Channel A's cancellation of the correction order.

재판부는 "사업 재승인에서 '방송의 공적 책임·공정성·공익성의 실현 가능성', '방송프로그램의 기획·편성 및 제작계획의 적절성'은 주요하게 고려해야 할 요건"이라고 전제했다.
