공동 선조의 후손들 중 일부로만 구성된 종중 유사단체가 있다. 이러한 단체는 고유 종중과 동일한 단체임이 증명돼야 관련 소송을 진행할 자격을 가진다. 이에 대한 새로운 대법원 판결이 나왔다. There are similar groups among the families of the crone that consist only of some of the descendants of the common ancestors. These organizations are eligible to proceed with the relevant lawsuits only if they are proved to be the same as their own. A new Supreme Court ruling was issued.

종중은 혈연에 의한 집단이므로 특별한 조직행위를 요하지 않는다. The  families  of  the  same clan do not require special organizational action because they are a group by blood.

甲 종중은 비법인사단이다. 그 대표자는 丙 이다. 甲의 대표자 丙은 乙과 도급계약을 체결하였다. 종중회관 신축에 관한 도급계약이다. 甲은 자기 명의로 신축건물의 소유권보존등기를 마칠 수 있다. 甲 the  families  of  the  same clan is an unincorporated division. The representative is 丙. 甲's representative, 丙, signed a contract with 乙.
