금융위원회 정책국장 시절 수천만원의 뇌물을 받은 혐의로 기소된 유재수씨는 전 부산시 경제부시장이다. 그에 대해 검찰이 징역 5년을 구형했다.

검찰은 유 전 부시장을 "전형적인 탐관오리"라고 했다. 유 전 부시장은 "지인과 정을 주고받았을 뿐"이라며 혐의를 부인했다.
The prosecution called former deputy mayor Yu "a typical detective duck." The former Deputy Mayor Yu denied the charge, saying, "I only exchanged information with acquaintances."
검찰은 유 전 부시장이 금품을 수수한 것에 직무관련성과 대가성이 인정된다고 주장했다.
