[법원] "정경심‧조국 따로 심리…검찰 공소장 변경은 허가"

서울중앙지법은 정 교수에 대한 공판에서 두 사건을 병합하지 않기로 결정했다고 밝혔다. 재판부는 다만 검찰의 공소장 변경 신청은 관례에 따라 허가한다고 밝혔다.
The Seoul Central District Court said in a trial against Professor Chung that he decided not to merge the two cases. The court said, however, that the prosecution's petition of appeal will be granted according to customs.
공소장 변경은 검사가 법원의 허가를 받아 공소장의 내용을 변경하는 것을 말한다.
The change of petition of appeal means that the prosecutor changes the content of the change of petition with the permission of the court.
공소장 변경을 요하지 않는 경우로는 특수절도가 절도로 변경되는 경우이다.
