식품의약품안전처는 등록된 소재지에 제조시설이 전혀 없는 화장품제조업의 제조업 등록을 취소했다. 또한 의약품으로 잘못 인식할 우려가 있는 과대광고를 실시한 업체와 화장품 명칭을 거짓 기재한 업체 등을 대거 적발했다. 식품의약품안전처는 이들에 대해 광고업무 정지와 판매업무 정지 행정처분을 내렸다.

Administrative disposition is the exercise or refusal of public authority as an execution of specific facts carried out by the administrative agency and other administrative actions equivalent thereto. 도시·군계획시설결정과 실시계획인가는 독립적인 행정처분이다. 선행처분인 도시·군계획시설결정에 하자가 있다하자. 그러나 그것이 당연무효는 아니라하자. 그렇다면 원칙적으로 후행처분인 실시계획인가에 승계되지 않는다.
