[국정] 정부, 프리랜서 등에 코로나19 고용안정지원금 지급 방침

문재인 대통령은 청와대에서 열린 제5차 비상경제회의에서 "그동안 사각지대였던 프리랜서, 특수고용 노동자, 영세사업자 등 93만명에 대해 고용안정 지원금을 지급할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
President Moon Jae-in said at the 5th emergency economic meeting held at the Blue House, he said, "We will provide employment security support to 930,000 people including freelancers, special workers, and small businesses that have been blind spots."
정부는 이들을 대상으로 1인당 월 50만원씩을 최장 3개월 지급할 방침이다.
The government plans to pay 500,000 won per month per person for up to three months.
프리랜서, 영세 자영업자 등은 대부분 고용보험에 가입돼 있지 않아 일자리를 잃어도 실업급여를 못 받는다. 국내 대표적인 고용 안전망인 고용보험의 사각지대에 있는 것이다.
Most freelancers, and small self-employed workers do not receive unemployment benefits even if they lose their jobs because they do not have employment insurance. It is in the blind spot of employment insurance, the representative employment safety net in Korea.
고용보험 및 산업재해보상보험의 보험료징수 등에 관한 법령상 보험사무대행기관에 보험사무를 위임할 수 있는 업무의 범위가 있다.
이에는 개산보험료의 신고, 고용보험 피보험자의 자격 관리에 관한 사무, 보험관계의 소멸의 신고, 보험관계의 변경의 신고 등이다.
There is a scope of work that can entrust insurance offices to insurance agency agencies according to laws and regulations concerning the collection of insurance premiums for employment insurance and industrial accident compensation insurance.
