[북한] 돈줄 마른 北, 7년만에 '고정재산 감가상각금' 징수키로

북한의 최고 주권기관은 최고인민회의이다. 최고인민회의는 2014년 이후 '국가투자 고정재산 감가상각금'을 예산수입으로 포함하지 않았다. 그러나 그 감가상각금을 국가 예산에 동원한다고 발표했다.
North Korea's top sovereign authority is the Supreme People's Assembly. Since 2014, the Supreme People's Assembly has not included 'national investment fixed property depreciation' as a budget income. However, it announced that it would mobilize the depreciation to the national budget.
국가 투자 고정재산 감가상각금은 국가가 제공한 고정자산에 대해 지급하는 임대료이다. 2014년 이후 기업소에 남겨두고 생산확대기금으로 쓰도록 했다.
