열린민주당의 총선 공약 중 주목되는 부분을 관망해 본다. 현재 직장가입자는 소득, 지역가입자는 재산으로 나뉜 건강보험료의 책정 기준이 그 중 하나이다. 당은 직장가입자, 지역가입자 모두 소득 기준으로 일원화하겠다는 방침이다.
