정부가 코로나19(신종 코로나바이러스 감염증) 신약 개발에 나서는 바이오 기업에 대한 지원을 확대한다.
The government will expand support for bio-companies in developing new drugs for Corona19 (a new type of coronavirus infection).
특허침해 손해배상을 현실화해 중소기업의 기술탈취를 원천차단키로 했다. 그동안 실손배상 원칙으로 인해 중소·벤처기업은 대규모 특허침해를 당해도 소액의 손해배상액만 인정받을 수 있었다. 이를 특허권자의 생산능력 초과부분에 대해서도 손해배상이 가능하도록 개선한다는 방침이다.
Patent infringement compensation has been realized to make SMEs' technology takeover a key. In the meantime, due to the principle of indemnification, small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies could receive only a small amount of compensation even if they suffered large-scale patent infringement. The policy is to improve the patent holder's ability to compensate for excess production capacity.
손해배상액의 예정이 있다. 이런 경우, 채무자가 실제로 손해발생이 없다고 증명했다. 또는 손해액이 예정배상액보다 적다는 것을 증명했다. 이 점만으로 그 예정배상액의 지급을 면하거나 감액을 청구하지 못한다.
