최나영 민중당 노원갑 국회의원 후보는 민중당-총선주거권연대 주거정책 협약식에 참석했다. 이날 민중당은 부동산 투기 근절과 주거 불평등을 해소하고, 부동산 불로소득의 철저한 환수 ▲ 공공임대주택 확대 및 주택 매매시장 개혁 ▲주택세입자 보호 강화 ▲주거복지 강화 등의 정책을 약속했다.

주택임대차보호법은 주거용 건물의 임대차에 관하여 민법에 대한 특례를 규정함으로써 국민 주거생활의 안정을 보장함을 목적으로 한다.
HOUSING LEASE PROTECTION ACT is to secure stability in the residential life of national citizens, by providing for special cases to the Civil Act, with respect to the lease of buildings for residence.
주택으로 사용되는 건물이 있다. 그러나 이 건물에 관하여 소유권보존등기가 이루어지지 않았다. 이러한 경우에도, 특별한 사정이 없는 한 주택임대차보호법이 적용된다.
