14년 만에 부동산 이전등기 등에 관한 특별조치법이 시행된다. 오는 8월 5일부터 2022년 8월 4일까지이다. 즉 2년간 한시적으로 시행된다. In 14 years, special measure law on real estate transfer registration, etc. will be enforced. From August 5th to August 4th, 2022. That is, it will be implemented temporarily for 2 years.

적용대상은 다양하다. 1995년 6월 30일 이전에 양도 상속된 부동산이다. 매매·증여·교환 등 법률행위로 양도 상속된 것들이다. 양도 상속 부동산 및 미등기 부동산이 포함된다. The object of application is various. 타인의 토지가 있다. 그 토지 위에 미등기 건물이 있다. 이 미등기 건물을 법률상, 사실상 처분할 수 있는 지위에 있는 사람이 있다. 그런데 그 사람이 그 대지에 대한 적법한 점유권원이 없다. 그렇다면 대지소유자에 대하여 그 미등기 건물을 철거할 의무가 있다. There is another person's land.
