숙박 O2O(Online to Offline) 플랫폼 '여기어때’가 경쟁사 ‘야놀자’와의 특허 분쟁에서 유리한 고지에 섰다.

법원에서 소송이 진행되는 사이 여기어때컴퍼니는 지난해 8월 특허심판원에 야놀자의 '숙박 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법' 특허 무효 심판을 청구했다.

야놀자의 특허가 진보성이 없다는 취지다.
