27일 경기남부경찰청에 따르면 김 회장은 특정경제범죄가중처벌법상 횡령으로 2차 조사를 받았다. 이날 오전 10시부터 변호인 입회하에 조사에 임했다. 그는 경기도 버스업체 ‘수원여객’의 회삿돈 241억원을 빼돌린 혐의이다. 그는 지난 23일 서울 성북구의 한 주택에서 검거됐다. 김 회장은 전날 법원에서 구속영장이 발부됐다.
