산림청 충주국유림관리소는 국유림확대 정책에 따라 올해 22억원의 예산으로 충주·진천·음성·증평·괴산 지역 사유림 175ha를 매수한다.
According to the National Forestry Expansion Policy, the Chungcheong National Forest Management Office of the Forest Service purchases 175 ha of private forests in Chungju, Jincheon, Eumseong, Jeungpyeong, and Goesan with a budget of 2.2 billion won this year.
다만, 저당권 및 지상권 등 사권이 설정되어 있는 산림 등은 매수 대상에서 제외된다.
However, forests with private rights such as mortgage and ground rights are excluded from purchase.
지상권이 소멸했다. 그런데 건물이 현존하고 있다. 이 경우 지상권자는 계약의 갱신을 청구할 수 있다.
